Change within organisations is not normally easy to achieve and it’s even hard to make changes stick. But working in new ways doesn’t have to rely on some formal thing to happen first, it’s possible to start a revolution by just personally doing new things and influencing those around you, providing these is some sensitivity to others and a create approach is taken.
